An appliance diagnostic visit is $85, credited toward labor when you approve the repair. Labor starts at $185 per job; parts are separate. Published prices are average estimates, with a final quote after diagnosis.
Gas leak repairs: These are generally outside our service scope. Please call to confirm availability before booking.
Scheduling and coverage
Same-day and next-day appointments depend on availability. Our team confirms your service window by phone.
Standard appliance repairs include 90 days of parts and labor coverage. Compressor and sealed system repairs include one year of labor coverage; parts remain covered for 90 days. Cleaning services are excluded.
Monday–Friday 8 AM–8 PM; Saturday–Sunday 9 AM–6 PM (Pacific Time). If our dispatcher is helping another caller, our AI assistant takes your contact details and service needs so a team member can return your call prepared. After hours, it collects the same information and our team responds during business hours.
