- • Our diagnostic fee is $85.
- • If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived and applied toward labor and parts.
- • If you choose not to proceed, only the $85 diagnostic fee applies.
Guarantee
30‑Day Guarantee
- • If we completed a related repair within the last 30 days, the diagnostic fee is waived.
- • Our 30‑day service guarantee applies.
Additional Labor
Additional Labor (Rare Cases)
- • Some repairs may require pulling the appliance out using a dolly or assistance of an additional technician.
- • Any additional cost will be discussed and approved before work begins.
- • If you proceed with the repair, these costs are applied toward the final repair total.

Stacked Units
• Stacked Washer & Dryer (Two‑Technician Service Required): $250 – $400
Microwave Services
• Built‑In / Over‑the‑Range Microwave (Removal Required): $200 – $250
• Microwave Service (No Removal Required): Minimum labor applies (starting at $185)
Refrigerator & Freezer Major Services
• Average Labor Applies: Starting at $185
• Compressor Replacement: $350 – $1,000
• Sealed System Repair / Full Swap / Rebuild: $650 – $1,500
Oven, Stove & Range Services
• Typical Labor: Starting at $185
• Example: Bake/Broil igniter replacement — average labor $185
• Pulling Double Oven or Microwave/Oven Combo Using a Dolly: $350 – $450
